About Ionotronics
Ionotronics was established in 2018 as an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, offering design, solutions and refurbishment services for LED TVs and IT products. Today it manufactures consumer electronics, wearables, lighting electronics, audio products, security cameras and payment devices from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Customers work with Ionotronics in the way that suits them: OEM, ODM, SKD and CKD assembly, or repair and refurbishment. The team can make any electronics item according to your requirement, and delivers across India.

Our Manufacturing Services
Six manufacturing services under one roof in Greater Noida.
In-house moulding for adapters, set-top boxes, payment sound boxes, routers and LED drivers, so plastic parts flow straight into assembly. Tooling and materials are agreed with your design team before production begins.
SMT assembly on two Fuji lines with Kohyoung SPI, AOI and X-ray inspection, supported by MES-driven traceability. Boards for trimmers, mobiles, TVs and other electronics are built to your requirement.
Products built to your design or developed together, taking concepts from blueprint to mass production. Chargers, Paytm adapters and any electronics item are made according to your requirement, with SKD and CKD models also available.
POS machines including the T9 and VB90 models, plus card readers, built with in-house boards and enclosures. Testing and traceable records support payment programmes across India, from samples to volume production.
Type-C cables, wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies built alongside SMT, moulding and final assembly. Continuity and functional checks are agreed with your team and applied from samples through production.
Industrial-scale repair and refurbishment of TV panels, TVs, monitors, POS machines, soundboxes, cameras and set-top boxes. Units are diagnosed, repaired, re-tested and returned across India with traceable records, in programmes planned around your volumes.
